Gaskell is too heavy, but I'm lighter than I look, says John. [After all, a Seviper is usually about 116 pounds while an Ekans is only about 16 pounds.]

[The man blinks into the screen and nods. To be fair he also has scaled skin and eyes that on occasion will become slits with the light. The scaled skin is a normal skin tone, so the scales are more noticeable in person than over the screen. The slightly whiter lines around the scales were not the most obvious.]

[ S2 might have been talking, but all Snake heard was a bunch of crooning. ]

Name's S2. Stands for Solid 2, or Double S. There's a lot of ways you can play it... Guess the last time he was here, he had an Onix named Solid, didn't want to get confused, right?
