[A man appears on screen with a seviper poking his head in and an ekans around his shoulders. He is wearing a plain black long sleeved shirt, looking through some warm clothes in a store.]

I was gone for a while, but I am glad to be back. We lost the things we had saved up until now, says Gaskell.

I miss Ruskin, says John.

[OOC: Snake can also be found in Rocket headquarters later in the day, checking out the TVs and video games and trying to figure out how they work.]

Haven't been in the city that long, so wouldn't mind that at all!

[He'd get to know more of it sooner or later, of course- Joker likes knowing bits and pieces of cities. Maybe it's the street orphan in him, wanting to know all the little nooks and crannies just in case. Still, for now, he's more than happy to follow Snake's lead in this. It's just as nice to have someone who knows things a bit more too, after all.]

[Snake leads Joker out and into the streets. He figures the closest restaurant would work fine. They served some interesting foods that were all so tasty.

Snake didn't care as much about knowing the place in detail. He'd rather go hide, but when the only place he has to hide is basically a somewhat more open cage he would of course want to get out of there even if he couldn't go too far.

He leads Joker to the place and walks in with his pokèmon and waits for them to be seated.]

[It doesn't take very long for Joker to get started on talking again as they're lead to some empty seats- not really surprising for anyone who knows the ringleader like Snake does. It's half a requirement of his profession, and half just Joker being himself.]

I asked about ya a while ago, as a matter of fact. It looked like ya made some friends while ya were here.

[He sounds rather pleased about that. Snake was just one of the first tier members he had worried about from time to time. The rest could handle themselves well enough- maybe not exactly people persons, Peter, but well enough. Snake was quieter and still a bit new.]

[Snake hadn't exactly gone out in search of friends, but in the process of figuring the place out and finding himself his snake friends he managed to make a few other friends too. Some because they were also outcasts and some because they were very friendly and open people who were happy to make conversation with him, even if it was often rather one-sided. Even if Snake let them do most of the talking he still was glad they liked talking to them.

He nods with a blush to Joker. His Ekans curls himself on one seat and his Seviper on the opposite, leaving a seat between them for Snake and Joker to sit opposite each other. Snake gives the Seviper a bit of a stern look that Joker might have seen him make with new snakes that were still learning how to behave around the rest of the cast. Gaskell might have asked for a whole Zangoose, served live.

John on the other hand hisses to Joker,]
