I'ma a Dragonair now!, says Zola. [Snake makes his voice a few pitches higher when quoting Zola, but not so high that he goes into a falsetto. It's only enough to sound brightly cheerful and slightly feminine, but he uses his natural, quiet, voice when saying "says Zola"]
