[A man appears on screen with a seviper poking his head in and an ekans around his shoulders. He is wearing a plain black long sleeved shirt, looking through some warm clothes in a store.]

I was gone for a while, but I am glad to be back. We lost the things we had saved up until now, says Gaskell.

I miss Ruskin, says John.

[OOC: Snake can also be found in Rocket headquarters later in the day, checking out the TVs and video games and trying to figure out how they work.]

[That... sure is a 'Gear being suddenly turned on and flipped through the air. Enjoy the dizzying spinny view and the sound of a bunch of Pokemon suddenly flipping their shit. There's also-]

Hey, hey, calm down- Angel-!

[The 'Gear seems to be caught and looking into the camera... That sure if a Mime Jr. now holding it. She's staring at the screen with wide watery eyes and breathing so rapidly it's actually sort of worrying. She's soon picked up and placed onto a certain someone's lap as he fumbles for the 'Gear himself.]

[That certainly is Joker, sitting cross legged in the middle of the sidewalk, eyes wide. Clustered around him are a Rapidash, two Blitzle, a Luxray trying to shove her way under one of his arms, and a disgruntled looking Pidove.]

[Snake just watches curiously as the pokègear is tossed around and flipped excitedly. Joker's face is not one he expected to greet him so soon, so he looks similarly surprised, his mouth left just a little open in shock.]

Joker....

[He might not have much change with his expression, but surely his old friend could tell just how happy he felt even if he wasn't beaming with a smile.]

[Joker's is a much wider smile, and it's actually the most open he's been in a while. It's been a few months since he's been here, always thinking about the rest of the troupe one way or another. He's actually a secretive person behind all the smiles but right now? He can't hide how happy he is to see Snake if it killed him.]

Lookit ya... Surrounded by yer friends as usual. [It wouldn't be Snake without, well, some snakes nearby. Joker says it fondly.] A few people mentioned you'd been here before! Where are ya?

[The Mime Jr. seems to be recovering, leaning forward with a bright smile even though her eyes are still full of tears. In contrast, Joker leans back a little bit more and it's probably a bit more obvious that he's lacking his usual skeletal prosthetic although he doesn't seem to mind much.]

[Snake doesn't question it. Joker's here. He's ready to run out the store, abandon the stupid Rocket training and go look for him. But he keeps his calm. He doesn't want Team Rocket targeting Joker by association.]

Goldenrod City, says Elizabeth.

There already? Quicker than me, that's for sure! [But he doesn't question it much, he's already trying to get to his feet while the Mime Jr. just makes excited noises. Not even Pokespeak, just pure happiness in verbal form.]

I just arrived a week ago! What store are ya in?

[He has a Rapidash, he will be there in a heartbeat if he can make it happen.]

[Denzel is walking around the Rocket base with many things in his arms. Which seem to all conceive of papers that tower pass his head but that's what Crocker gets for annoying his database job for personal projects. Entering the room with Snake it in by mistake Crocker sets the stack of papers down onto a nearby table. Crocker leans his body against the stack of papers so they don’t tower over but that’s when Denzel spots -]

SNAKE?!

[The papers topple all over the room.]

GAH!

[Snake starts helping to pick the papers back up,] It's good to see you too, says John.

[Action]

[Denzel is at a loss of words, truth be told he didn't believe his own eyes for a few moments and the man just stares at Snake picking up the papers. After all with his luck what where the chances someone he likes came back.]

It's you! I can't believe it! But it is you!

[Egad! Snake rememebers Denzel as well?!]

Ha, ha! Good to see you as well.

[Crocker bends over and joins in helping picking up papers.]

And what are you doing the science lab?

[Crocker has yet to come to the conclusion because of being distracted between Snake and the papers he's not in the science lab.]

[The familiar Ekans points towards the door, trying to hint that it isn't the science lab, but actually a break room. He was trying to figure out the TVs and video games. He never bothered last time since he had to get used to this world, but since it is a lot more familiar this time he has a bit more leisure time and he is pretty sure that the TV and video games are magic.

Meanwhile there's a new Seviper that is just watching everything curiously.]

[Itachi tilts his head as he watches snake on the screen. That's Goldenrod, making him likely a fellow Team Rocket member. Mentioning that can wait, however.]

Do you normally speak for your pokemon?

Yes, says Gaskell. [Like it is the most obvious thing in the world.]

Snake! [That's a face she hasn't seen in a while, not that she's reached the point in her time here where she believes everyone that leaves never comes back, but...

Ah, thinking about stuff like that is a waste, a friend's back!]

I'm so glad you're here again, I missed you! Hi John, ah--but where's Ruskin?

When we came back we only had our new friend, Gaskell with us, says John.

We hope to find her, says Gaskell.

[Then after a moment he blinks.]

You could also tell the difference between Gaskell and Ruskin, asks John?

Well...it's just that I was listening to what you guys were talking about. [Read: Snake working out his thoughts and feelings through his snake pals.] And I noticed that you were saying you missed Ruskin, so I wondered where she was, she wouldn't just leave you without saying anything.
